MISSION:
To share God’s love, comfort, peace & hope with those who are grieving through a ministry of welcome, presence & service
Who? Parishioners with a desire to welcome & assist families & visitors at parish funerals; offer help with other funeral prep when needed
When? Funerals may be scheduled Monday through Saturday mornings; usually 2 days notice is given – some schedule flexibility is needed; 2 members serve at a time
How? Be part of a call team for rotation to serve as funerals arise; currently we have 4 call teams & each team serves once a month; teams are paired up to offer back up support as needed
