Mission Statement:
The St. Joan of Arc Parish ‘Friends in Need’ Ministry connects members of the parish 
who have a (non-monetary) need with those who are willing to lend a hand. Our goal is to strengthen our parish community by sharing our resources and helping one another.
The St. Joan of Arc Parish ‘Friends in Need’ Ministry connects members of the parish who have a (non-monetary) need with those who are willing to help. St. John Paul II tells us that the task of a parish is to be a community. Our goal is to strengthen our parish community by sharing our resources and helping one another.
Parishioners can join our Facebook group to reach out to fellow parishioners for help with a task, to offer a service or to share or request an item. Through the Facebook page, parishioners who have the needed goods or services can respond and together determine the best way to provide what’s required.
Volunteers are needed to become members of the Friends in Need Facebook group through the St. Joan’s Facebook page. Once you’re a member, just check to see if there is a need posted that you can fulfill.
