KidsLIT (Children’s Liturgy of the Word)
Mission
KidsLIT (Children’s Liturgy of the Word) is a wonderful way to Share God’s Word and to form our children of the future. We are committed to leading the children of St. Joan of Arc parish in a quality liturgical experience. We celebrate and facilitate the proclamation of the Scripture into our children’s life.
The Purpose of Children’s Liturgy
KidsLIT (Children’s Liturgy of the Word) is a fantastic way for children to worship the Lord with their peers. KidsLIT is designed to nourish and guide their spiritual growth. This program has been a very successful way for children to understand the readings and Gospel teachings. The children also take part in singing, Profession of Faith, Prayers of the Faithful, and group discussion on the weekly Gospel. This is a fun way to learn and praise God.
